The Developments of Puerto Vallarta 2001

The real estate industry is certainly alive and well along the shores of Banderas Bay, which now is referred to as one destination known as “Vallarta”. There is more new construction taking place today than at any other time, bypassing the boom of the late 1980s.

It begins in Mismaloya on the southern shore and stretches all the way to Punta Mita in the north, and covers all points in between. The developments of Nuevo Vallarta and Flamingos, after seeing little construction over the past 20 years, are now hot spots with homes, condos, hotels and golf courses under full swing, pardon the pun.

And there doesn’t seem to be any slowdown in sight with Vallarsta offering a variety of real estate options for both the national and international markets. It is well diversified between hotel stays, timeshare, full-time, and now the emerging fractional market. In this special section, we present the major real estate projects now underway around the Bay of Banderas – now to be known as Vallarta.

BAY VIEW GRAND
